Rakhi Making Competition

Siblings carry a special place in our hearts, the particular bond of a brother and sister is very unique. The care they have for each other knows no bounds. The love they share is beyond compare. Rakshabandhan is one such festival that marks and embodies this love between the siblings.

Keeping the spirit of Rakshabandhan, Florescent Public School organised a Rakhi making competition for the students of standard 1 to 5. It was a treat to the eyes to see the students displaying their creativity in arts and craft. Bright colours and beautiful cuts. Students really had embodied the effervescence of the festival and displayed them well through the Rakhis. It was great to see the students turn into little artisans. The students of pre-primary made a giant rakhi. The children joined in this celebration, which was aimed at strengthening the bond of love and to instill the virtues of love and harmony among the young. All the children participated with great zeal and zest in the creative competition of Rakhi making.
